woke up with weird back pain under ribs now its radiating

Age 20 Sex female Height 163 cm Weight 81 kg Race Middle Eastern Duration of complaint started yesterday after a nap Location back under lower ribs radiating to lower back and lower abdomen Any existing relevant medical issues pcos Current medications orlistat (4 month of use) recently used dulcolax used voltaren once Smoking status non smoker hi everyone Im looking for medical insight I was completely normal yesterday no pain at all I went to sleep and when I woke up I suddenly had weird back pain starting from just under my lower ribs I thought it was bad posture so I used voltaren and the pain improved about one hour later the pain came back on its own and started radiating to my lower back and lower abdomen it feels deep not just muscular timeline two days ago I was constipated and took dulcolax it worked and I felt relieved more than twenty four hours later this pain started now bowel movements feel off again small amounts bloated additional info no pain or burning with urination I do feel more pressure and discomfort when passing gas no fever no vomiting no jaundice liver tests one month ago were normal tha pain somtime become dull then randomly just increase pain is on both side Im concerned whether this could be gi related kidney related or gallbladder related thank you
