This may come across offensive regarding NHS so move along if easily offended

I've had problem after problem because of the NHS. They whole heartedly don't investigate properly or even listen to patients and then type up any old crap. I literally just seen a GP in UTC regarding an ear problem. He said in an condescending way "well what do you want me to do about it" He checked my ears and said he couldn't see anything. So I got home and checked my self and I have red raw ear and a darkened ear drum with a red hue which is a red flag on its own. So I called my GP Practice to tell them this had just happened so they have graciously made me an appointment out of hours this evening. Why do they do it? Why do they lie? Why do they make up any old crap. It puts a hurdle in the way of getting correct treatment. No wonder NHS are in crisis because they just don't care anymore. For other health reasons I need this ear issue investigated correctly and promptly or I am at high risk. I'm not trying to say do me first because my needs are worse than others, I am literally at risk and can't help that fact.
