Dehydration on Vyvanse

Hello! I am a 31yoF, and have been taking 40mg of Vyvanse for a few months now. I am finding its making me pretty sensitive to heat and leading to dehydration really easily. I have been trying to drink water and electrolyte drinks but I am still suffering. Does anyone have any tips on getting and staying hydrated? TIA!
