How much could my liver heal in one month?

22f, 5'0/92lbs I was sort of an alcoholic, highest drinking period was 350-500ml of vodka a day and I've now not drank any alcohol for one month. I've occasionally took codeine (mixed with paracetamol or ibuprofen) and I smoke cigarettes but other than that I haven't done anything that could damage my liver. I don't know if or how badly my liver was damaged so obviously I'm not an expecting an answer specific to my situation. More just a general if someone had minor alcohol induced liver damage, could it significantly heal within a month?
