Can’t control food cravings calorie deficit

this is probably my 10th attempt to start and stick through with a calorie deficit and i feel like shit because i keep craving food and giving up to eat more 🥲 today was my third day on a new calorie deficit and i was doing good, by 6 pm I had eaten 480 calories but i started getting the most intense food cravings and decided to doordash some food… which I’m pretty sure went way behind 1100 calories (32 oz milk tea, 10 chicken wings, box of french fries, medium soda) and then i feel super guilty but I’ve already ate it and just stop counting my calories after this happens bc i already mess up and this cycle just continues everytime i try to go on a calorie deficit it lasts a few days until i eventually give into my cravings and eat like crazy and I’ve litteraly added 6 lbs since two months ago instead of losing weight i know this is all on me just wanted to let it out there 🥲🥲
