New to Tret

Hi guys I’m 25 years old and I always suffered with hormonal acne (when I take medication it gets a little batter) anyway, in one year from now I started to get a lot of blackheads/whiteheards on my forehead. A LOT. So I started using Tret 0,025 3 times a week. Today it makes 10 applications so there’s probably 1 month with Tret and the purge is still going on and it’s BAD, too much blackheads. How long is supposed to last this purge phase? I’m almost giving up. Maybe should I get a stronger concentration? 0,5? Thanks for the help in advance Ps: no irritation, no peeling, nothing at all. Just a little oil and MORE white/blackheads
