Spiralling

I have recently been diagnosed with ductual invasive breast cancer,ER positive, PR positive, Her-2 negative in my left breast. After my CT scan I had a call to say there was what they think is probably a Cavernous haemangiomata in my liver and now need liver MRI. While they said there is no other suggestion of metastatic disease I am freaking out that it is stage 4 metastatic. I have a bit of an ache on my left side of my chest. I cant stop spiralling and thinking the worst. Any similar experiences out there?
