Taking Nurtec 3 days in a row

I’m on a preventative for Nurtec I just started it two weeks ago but I am trying to break a rebound cycle with sumatriptan. So I’ve taken Nurtec 2 days in a row, I would like to take it again today as this is day 4 of no sumatriptan and it’s getting better but I still feel it coming on, what should I do?
