Is the dulera manufacturer’s discount renewable each year, or only good for 12 total uses lifetime?

So today my inhaler jumped up from 90 to 180. the 12 uses had been up, to my understanding you could renew and get a new coupon but it’s not working. i had my very patient pharmacy try two different new cards. i didn’t immediately download two, downloaded the second after two pharmacies’ prices were not affected. Bit the builder and paid it as I’m out but hoping I’m not SOL. is there a way to reach out to Organon about it or is that a far cry? TIA!
