TMI diarrhea

Post Content

Every single day since i started to eat healthier. The few times i had cheat days i had normal BM. I thought it was the fake sugar and then I cut that out for a bit and it didnt fix anything. The only thing that fixes it is to eat a ton of bread and carbs. im trying to take more fiber and eating oatmeal but it doesnt seem to help much. I dont feel any worrying effects like sluggishness or anything so i dont think its anything serious. its worse when im working out i have to stop half way through. my food intake looks like this -> coffee with high protein milk, yogurt cottage cheese with spinach avacado and protein powder, oatmeal with fruit, dinner is usually some meat and veggies, snacks are crackers nuts beans or some other filling simple food. i take iron on and off and just started fiber.
