Does this sound like endo or something else?

My current symptoms (29) Issues beginning at about 13 \- Laparoscopy procedure (2018) Chronic pelvic area pain (pressure/ sharp/ deep/ sometimes “string” pain) Painful poop at through menstruation time Painful intercourse Extremely heavy flow- can no longer use tampons (they also cause pain) Very large blood clots through menstruation Mental health - on lexapro Joint / muscle soreness and stiffness Acne Bloating Hair thinning Headaches (forehead / temples) Ear ringing Extreme skin tenderness all over body through menstratuon Can barely stand the first 2 days of menstruating Having to stay in bed with a heating pad / super hot showers to some but very little relief birth control arguably made it worse Body rejected IUD Really just trying to figure out everything that is connected. So over doctors dismissal and ready to find root causes than continuing to attempt to treat all these crappy symptoms separately Thank you so much to anyone who reads this.
