Cure for IgE

Will there ever be a cure for IgE allergies? Or at least something to help prevent horrible reactions like anaphylaxis. I’m so depressed after recently having allergic reactions. I went all my life never being allergic to anything and now it’s all I think about and I’m pretty sure I have PTSD. It’s so sad to mourn my old life and I’m trying to not be so negative but people don’t really understand unless they are going through it themselves. I’ve read articles about xolair and other therapies but they seem to only work on some people and some allergies. Any allergists or people know about any other potential things coming out soon for allergies?
