A little shocked with my new labs. Or should I be?

So I started on a dose of 50mcg levo on Jan 2nd of this year. I just did my new labs yesterday and I’m a little shocked. My TSH levels went from 9.9 to 3.63. Is it normal for them to drop this drastically on that much dose and in this much time frame? I was hoping for them to stay a little high because I wanted a dose increase to at least 75mcg. I haven’t spoken to my endo yet, just checked my results online. So , let’s see.
