Progress pics - oral min & fin

41 year old male dealing with hair loss since early 20’s. I’m currently taking oral min and oral fin chew. Been taking it for over a year but have had to have a few medical procedures/surgeries in between due to a trauma and unsure if the meds stopped/paused so giving it more time. I had smp done on the top over 11 years ago and had it lasered off 10 years ago as i didn’t personally like it and people called it out. So the skin tone of the top of my head is unfortunately lighter. Given how diffuse I am on top and lower sides, curious on hair length (shaved/buzzed down or a little longer on top to try to mask the lighter scalp tone on top). I’ve historically done the shaved/buzzed but I think people are thrown off by the lighter skin and possibly think I have smp again (which I don’t). My temple area going back also has abnormally more hair than the top and lower sides causing a shadow in that area and throws things off with the lighter top.
