Worried about breast cancer

so,, for a little while I’ve had a lump in the upper outer part of my right boob, and I kind of.. just ignored it. i don’t think it’s ever hurt, but I’m getting worried. both my mum and aunt have had a history of breast cancer and I’ve always kept in mind the possibility that I could have it, but I feel like I’m too young. i was looking into breast cancer symptoms, and the only one that’s really applicable to me is just the lump. it’s hard and kinda bumpy, but that’s it. no nipple inversion, no rash, just that. so so often when I go to the doctors it’s always nothing in the end, and I don’t know if its worth the fuss of going for this. I know my health matters but I’m kinda just,, stuck in that hopeless mindset. sorry if this is an annoying post, I’m just not sure what to do or if it’s worth the worry
