Its been going on for 5 days now im getting concerned

I had a bad headache 4 days ago, it was at the back of my head, right side, it went on for a few hours before spreading to my whole right side, then I woke up and the pain there persisted, then it spread to my left side but still mostly on my right, and then for the past 3-4 days its just stayed there, not so bad but its really annoying. I tried paracetamol and aspirin but neither really work, maybe the aspirin is calming it down a lil more but it still persists despite it. is this concerning or just regular migraine stuff?
