Numbing in the hands when sleeping??

Hi there, I recently found this site and love reading about other people's experiences. I went on Estradiol 0.025 one month ago. My night hot flashes have decreased from about 3 to maybe one per night, but every night, my hands are now going numb and wake me up. Like tingling sensation to completely numb, which is maddening. I need to get up and shake them out until the blood starts flowing again, and thus I can lose a lot of sleep. This has never ever happened to me before, but started when I began having hot flashes at night. Specifically, it started happening BEFORE I went on Estradiol, so it is not caused by that. Help??
