Mix of pelvic and ovary pain and change in menstrual cycles after 2 miscarriages

Hi, I am 25 year old female. I have had 2 miscarriages since 2024. Both of them were before 6 weeks with no fetal pole or heartbeat. I am also diagnosed with PCOS, with regular periods all my life and a normal cycle (27-30 days). Only hirsutism, fatigue and hair loss. After the first, I bled immediately and recovered fast. However with the second one, due to financial constraints and no insurance as I had just moved to a new country, I was not able to get checked or cared for properly. Long story short, I bled after 3 months post miscarriage naturally. 3 cycles afterwards were normal with a little heavy bleeding. But since dec 2025, I got periods two times in one month. And lasted almost 15 days with spotting and bleeding in between. Since then I have a heavy feeling in my uterus, ovary pain sometimes and sometimes pain in the middle (below navel) as well. One time pinkish discharge after sex as well. And slight pain in different deep positions. I also have a history of recurrent honeymoon cystitis (UTI after sex). Now I am feeling so much fatigued, low libido and the heavy feeling and plus a lot of stress due to all of these things. I feel like I really do not want to deal with endo, pcos complications, adenomyosis or fibroids or god forbid cancer as I really want to try for a baby sometime soon and do not feel like dealing with all this alongside my pcos. :(
