What can I do about nose bumps

Hi. I have these bumps at the top of my nose and at the tip. They seem like different things. The one on the tip seems like some kind of blackhead or something whereas the one at the top does not. I've had them both for years but haven't been able to get to the dermatologist, any idea what I might be able to do to lessen them?
