Uk Hair Loss Meds Options

so far I have been prescribed minoxidil oral which I want to try but cannot find anyone to prescribe spirolactone oral which another DHT blocker. I am post menopausal so in theory I should be able to take those meds that are not suitable for people wishing to get pregnant. hair and me is not willing to prescribe finasteride or dutasteride and they dont offer spiro. Anyone have success with DHT oral blockers in the Uk?
