So I tried everything. Pomodoro timers. Notion setups. Complex apps. Each one worked… for about a week. Then the same thing would happen. The list would get longer. I’d miss a few tasks. Notifications would pile up. And suddenly the app that was supposed to “help” just became another thing I was failing at. What stressed me out wasn’t the work itself. It was the mental noise. Deadlines, unfinished ideas, random reminders, guilt about not being consistent… all running in the background at the same time. That’s when I realised I didn’t need a stricter system. I needed something that reduced the mental load instead of adding to it.
