Possible rib injury

Last week while I was doing leg press, I put more weight than usual. Third serie in, as I started pushing, I felt as a lower right rib just popped/moved. I didn't feel any sharp pain, but I ended my workout and went home. We went away the next day as had a holiday planned abroad, so it's been 4-5 days since then. There has been some pain during that period(when I lay down on it, or if I crouch too quickly as if to pick something up). It's not a sharp pain, it's tolerable but i's there. I can breathe fine, cough/sneeze with no pain. I've not had the chance to see a doctor yet, but if it's a common/not serious thing, I might not bother. Should I hit the gym again now that I am back with less weight(and avoid leg press for example), or should I rest more? I really overeate on the holiday so am keen to go back to working out to kill some of the guilt 😀
