Will my endocrinologist notice if I increase my dose?

I do my shot monthly (250 mg/1 ml) but I'd like to do it biweekly. If I inject Sustanon (250 mg/1 ml) and then Enanthate (250 mg/1 ml) two weeks later, would the increased dose show up in my bloodwork?
