Meds wear off after about 8 hours?

Hey all! I just started levothyroxine 2 weeks ago! I have I think subclinical hypothyroidism tsh 7-10. I started levoxyl but it seems that after 8 hours or so all my symptoms come back? I am on 25 mcg a day. Is the dose too low? Anyone else?
