Ozempic pen and wegovy pill together?

Has anyone taken ozempic pen and wegovy pill together? I'm on 0.5 of ozempic for t2 but I'm now in pre diabetic range so ozempic is basically maintenance and keep my sugar level in the pre diabetic range. My doctor won't go up on my dose so I wanted to add the wegovy pill to up my dose and get some more weight loss since theyre the same medicine and the pill version is affordable.
