[42/M] Low energy and motivation, bloodwork since 2025

Post Content

Trying to go a out this the right way but I think the system is failing me. 42yo male. 180lbs now. Fairly active in bjj, good cardio. Used to do alot of triathlons in my 30s. Sincerely somewhere in 2023-2024 I've definitely had lower sex performance and just a general overall drive for life, it's hard to explain. I feel like it gets closer to normal if I'm hitting the espressos daily. Starting to feel like it's impacting my career work as well? Family history of heart issues on my moms side males. I've had repeated blood work at the local VA, here they are, if I'm missing anything let me know. I had to copy it all out since it's not on a single sheet. ##April 2025 \- Total Testosterone - 2 tests had 2 different results - 285 ng/dL and 233 ng/dL \- Luteinizing Hormone - 2.05 mIU/mL \- Vitamin D - 35.4 ng/mL \- Prostate Specific Antigen - 0.53 ng/mL \- Free Testosterone - 39.6 pg/mL \-Sex Hormone Binding Globulin - 23.16 nmol/L They also took SEDIMENTATION RATE (ISED), CBC, RETICULOCYTES, LIVER FUNCTION PROFILE, FERRITIN, CHEM-8, FOLLICLE STIMULATING HORMONE(FSH), PROLACTIN and others at most of these if needed. ##August 2025 \- Luteinizing Hormone - 3.35 mIU/mL \- Free Testosterone - 49.9 pg/mL \-Total Testosterone - 307 ng/dL \- Sex Hormone Binding Globulin - 24 nmol/L \- Testosterone Bioavailable - 102.7 ng/dL ##January 2026 \- Tsh Prostate Specific Antigen - 1.48 uIU/mL \- Free Testosterone - 61 pg/mL \- Total Testosterone - 327 ng/dL \- Testosterone Bioavailable - 125.5 ng/dL \- Sex Hormone Binding Globulin - 20.5 nmol/L Any advice or recommendations is greatly appreciated here 🙏 the result has always been it's within normal ranges.
