Tirz to Sema

Has anyone switched from Tirz to Sema and had LESS side effects? I’m having consistent diarrhea and sulphur burps regardless of dose, timing, diet, activity level, supplements etc. with Tirz since Oct so I’m considering switching to Sema in hopes that it may help. I’m only on 3mg of Tirz weekly and can’t even manage that but lower doesn’t help curb my appetite 🫩😣
