What lotions have helped with eczema? I have an 18 month old son he has eczema he is on topical steroids and sees a dermatologist. Was wondering what other people use to hydrate their kids skin that are also dealing with eczema. We use Vaseline and mustela as well as over the counter hydrocortisone. Thanks for sharing.
