Starting Zepbound for Glucose Control

Post Content

I’ve had fasting glucose levels hovering between 99 and 103 for years now. Diet is very consistent and dialed in, I lift regularly, and I’m not overweight (technically BMI would say otherwise at 6’0” and 244 lbs, but I’ve been strength training consistently for years). It’s just been chronically at that upper end no matter what I tweak. After discussing it with my doctor, I brought up Zepbound and he was actually very supportive of the idea. We decided to start at 2.5 mg and see how my numbers respond. I’m not taking this for weight loss. That said, I really appreciate everyone here sharing their journeys. The progress and discipline a lot of you have shown is impressive, and I genuinely respect it. I’m mainly curious if anyone else here is using Zepbound primarily for glucose control rather than weight loss. Would love to hear your experience.
