Aimovig co-pay card and 3 month supply

My neurologist switched me from Ajovy to Aimovig this week. My insurance, BCBSIL, did the clinical review and approved Aimovig. However, I have not yet met my deductible. The prescription is on order at the pharmacy. It was written for 3 months. I downloaded the co-pay card. Does anyone have experience using the Aimovig co-pay card for a 3-month supply? Will they honor the $49 x 3 for a total of $147? Thanks.
