IBS with stomach bug

so it started Saturday night with really bad nausea and has been going all week today is Thursday I have IBS m usually at night is when the C kicks in I was wondering if anyone has had this happend with a stomach bug and IBS the nausea is so bad especially at night when IBS C kicks in
