That's what im trying to say to myself everyday. I also realized something uncomfortable about myself. I don’t really have a productivity problem. I have a starting problem. There are things in my life I know are important like money, taxes, decisions, unfinished work. I’ve thought about them again and again. But when I try to start solving the issues… my brain just freezes. And most tools don’t help in that exact moment. To-do lists collect tasks. The new intelligent tools giving long explanations. Productivity advice tells you to try harder. None of that helps when something feels too heavy to begin. It's like im having a starting trouble. I just describe the real problem in plain words, and it gives you clear first steps I can follow immediately. No long reading. No overthinking. Just a place to begin. I feel like i dont want long explanation, research spiral, and suggestions. Just tell me the first realistic and easiest step to take. Not sure this become AHDH helper but definitely might help you if you're stuck in moment and too much overthinking.
