Tastebuds after bmt

I had my bmt in 2025/3/23 And thankfully everything is good and most of my health returned But i still have a hard time with eating food cuz every taste is different from what i remember and i always taste metal but i like chicken and sauces and sour/spicy stuff What tips do y'all have to make the metal taste disappear and what foods you think will still taste the same
