Has anyone ever had a colonoscopy earlier in life that didn’t indicate Crohns, then one later in life that did?

Hello! So I was recently hospitalized twice for abdominal pain tied to terminal ileum inflammation. The provider was convinced it points to something autoimmune because the antibiotics they gave me initially were not improving the pain. He especially kept talking about Crohns, almost in a way that he was already convinced it was going to be that. I have a gastro appointment soon to set up a colonoscopy. I will say, having read about the symptoms that it would not be an out of the blue diagnosis. I can’t recall this specific pain before but I’ve definitely had many episodes of upset stomach, unexplained weight loss and loss of appetite, etc. The thing that is tripping me up is that I am 31 now - I had a colonoscopy when I was about 18 years old due to ongoing stomach issues, and Crohn’s never came up. I was trying to interpret the notes from what they biopsied and I am not sure if they specifically biopsied for it, but there was a note about there not being inflammation at that time so I don’t know if that’s why? Just curious if this tracks for anyone else, Im trying to mentally prepare and if that might indicate a lesser chance I want to consider that.
