Estradot patch not available.

Hi!! I’m in Canada and there is a shortage of Estradot patches in 25 and 37.5. Even the company Sandoz who makes the generic and Estradot has none left. I asked my pharmacy if there was a similar patch and they gave me Climara. Has anyone tried this patch and is it about the same as Estradot? I’m worried about changing it once a week. Estradot patch has to be changed every three days couldn’t tough it out to change it twice a week. Thanks!!
