Any advice on the exhaustion?

Post Content

Hey y'all🤠 I'm new to the diagnosed side of things. I had the usual thyroid blood work done in July of last year that came back normal and then done again(through fertility) in January of this year which found TPO >300 with TSH at 5.25. I was pretty exhausted before but I've always been the type to push through which is why I was SO incredibly tired. Like actively falling asleep at my desk, while standing, while driving, tired. I'm readjusting my workout regimen and such but it's gotten to where I nearly can't workout at all without being dead tired the next day, if I make it through the workout at all. Did the meds actually work? I'm on Levo and I know it needs some time to balance everything out but did it actually end up working and you feel less fatigue now?
