So discouraged weight loss

Hi everyone I’ve been feeling so depressed about my weight. I feel like I’ve been doing everything. Tracking all of my calories, training 5x a week, cardio 6x weekly, recovering and resting properly and the scale is not moving at allllllll. Yes, I’ve been putting on significant muscle but I look just as “fat”. I’m 5’7 F and 172.8 pounds. Since I have a good amount of muscle I’m not looking to lose too much weight but I’m starting to get so depressed. Any tips? I’m eating 1900 calories a day. Should I eat less?
