Injection site rashes - what does this mean for the future?

Post Content

So, I started Zepbound September 2025. This past \~4-5 weeks, have started to develop injection site rashes. I use my belly skin for injection. Initially they were subtle, nickel-sized red patches at the site that I'd see about 5 days after the injection. Now they are more like quarter-sized, showing up around day 4, and are starting to have raised margins. They have **never** been itchy. I am really scared that I am developing a hypersensitivity that will make me have to stop this medication. It has me down by 36 lbs and it is helping everything, especially my back, so much! Anyone have these reactions and still able to take Zep? (I will be talking to my doc, of course)
