Does Anyone Wake Up With Racing Thoughts That Lasts For Hours Then Fades Away?

Post Content

Every now and then I wake up feeling like I never slept, even though I got roughly 7-8 hours of sleep. When this happens, I take my time getting out of bed as I dread getting up. I wake up with instant racing thoughts, thinking about everything that is causing me to be anxious, with a negative, selfish outlook on the thoughts. When this happen, I feel an overwhelm of emotions, and almost want to scream. Eventually after the day goes on of focusing on eating food and hydrating, these racing thoughts simply just fade away on their own, and I'm more "myself" in the evenings.
