Job options with Chronic Migraines

Probably a long shot - but does anyone work for a company that is fine with when you work as long as it gets done in time. Or has the same list of responsibilities each week, but can get it done when you can. I suffer with chronic migraines and was looking for ideas for a remote flexible job. I’m a hard worker and will get it done, just maybe down a day or two randomly. Great with excel and typing.
