PCOS and breastfeeding?

Hi— anyone here experience breastfeeding issues with PCOS? I’m a few weeks postpartum, dealing with breast lumps/ clogged ducts constantly. I understand that the latest research on clogged ducts says that it’s largely inflammation. Asked my doc if this clogged ducts problem could be related to PCOS and she just said no. But I’m not convinced. Not sure how to move forward.
