is there a way to tell if im actually transgender or just autistic?

tltr: as in the title (sorry for the poor english) hi, i'm nonbinary. i used to be on hrt for a year or so, and i legally changed my name to a masculine one. recently I've started having some doubts if I'm actually nonbinary, or is this just me being autistic and not understanding gender norms, or any other reason that my autism could lead me into thinking i'm transgender. I know I could be both - but perhaps I'm cis. I've seen autistic detransitioners saying that they thought they were nonbinary because they've never conformed to gender roles - me, personally, I've always been very stereotypically feminine (afab). I'm trying to riddle this mystery of gender, because I was planning on changing my gender marker to M (because people assume i'm a man when they hear my voice and because my name is strictly masculine, so that perhaps would make some stuff easier for me. You cannot change your gender marker to X or something like that in my country). Is there any way to tell? I was thinking I could easily establish that by verifying if i had gender dysphoria when I was being perceived as a female/ am perceived as male. Well, currently I don't think I am dysphoric when people assume I'm a man, even that sometimes I actually feel like a girl (so perhaps I actually am cis..?). I don't remember the dysphoria I could be feeling before transitiong, but I asssume there was some, since I've decided to eventuall transition. Thanks in advance.
