Hey, I was about to go to a clinic in Turkey in a few weeks when I just found this Reddit. I learned that this clinic is what most of you would call a "Hairmill", so I got a bit scared and I'm thinking about not having my HT there (no payment yet, so no problem). I contacted some of the good surgeons that I read about in this community and got some replies: Dr. Ruk wouldn't do the operation and told me to get on meds for a year beforehand. Dr. Ratchathron would accept me in February 2027, but it would cost about \~15.000€ for the first and \~7.000€ for a second transplant a year later, which is waaay over my budget. Is there a surgeon you guys know about that fits my needs? Age 29 Norwood Type 7 (I added pictures) Budget: 5 to 10k I wouldn't want to wait a whole year for the appointment, could fly there by tomorrow. No HTs yet I took Minoxidil (spray) and recently got skin irritation from it, so I stopped using it and lost A LOT of hair. Most people here seem to take Finasteride, but I'm scared of the systemic side effects. Is the version you apply on the skin less risky?
