Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) symptoms with Kyleena IUD

So I feel like I’m going insane. I had a similar issue with the lo loestrin fe pill but it didn’t happen as frequently. I get really hungry and then hangry/irritable, not really dizzy but more so shaky, especially my hands. And some other symptoms that are classic to hypoglycemia. Ive noticed my appetite has increased as well and I just hungry way faster in general. I’ve had my blood tested and it’s “normal.” But this was 3 months ago before I got the IUD. And now I’m getting these symptoms after the insertion. Is this a common experience for anyone or could there be another underlying issue (ofc I will go to the doctor!! But just wanted to see if anyone has a similar experience)
