on prednisone, waiting for Stelara

been out of the hospital for almost a week, on pred and waiting for Stelara. i was in remission so long i've forgotten what actively living with disease is like. the last few days i felt pretty good, but today i have a low grade fever, headache, mild abd pain. nothing debilitating, but noticeably different from the last few days. is it just like that - some days i'll be sick and some days i won't - until my biologic kicks in?? so weird
