Period day 17

I started HrT 3 months ago. Oral estrogen 2mg and progesterone 200mg daily. I am on my third period since starting. My first two were normally timed but maybe 1-2 days longer and less heavy. This 3rd one is killing me. It’s not heavy but I am on day 17 of my period. Enough that I need to use tampons still. I’ve asked in the portal where I get it but no response yet in 24 hours. Has anyone else gone through this? I need it to stop. I’ve gone through 2 boxes of tampons already!
