Constant pressure in left eye and slight eyelid drooping

M19 For a few years I’ve been experiencing a constant feeling of pressure and tension in my left eye. It’s not painful, but it is very uncomfortable. It feels like my upper eyelid is "heavy" and constantly pressing down on the eyeball. I’ve noticed that this eyelid sits slightly lower than the right one, making the eye look different . This becomes much more noticeable toward the evening or when I’m tired. There is no redness, no dryness or any other symptoms. I have seen an ophthalmologist.
