Learn to cope?

Been feeling really anxious lately, it's gotten slightly worse in the past couple of months. I've been trying to form new hobbies to atleast help myself but I'm getting absolutely nowhere. Social media and doom scrolling is about the only things I've been doing, which I know is making it 10x worse it's always been a cope but not a good one for me. I'm not on any sorts of medications (I should be) I have no family doctor and Healthcare is just bad right now. Anyone able to give any personal insights with practicing mindfulness and strategies that could help? I'm drowning here.
