Is Telryx a Scam?

Ok so there’s an estrogen patch shortage / supply issue some bullshit and I had to order from telryx. They took $100 for next day delivery, no meds, can’t sign in to my account, “no one available to assist you” according to ppl who answer the phone but they will leave an “urgent message” for them to call you back. I have left 5 of those, no luck! This is nonsense. I did locate patches I can get tomorrow in my area but I’m FURIOUS and want my patches or a refund and a good explanation of what gives with this fuckery! This is where I’m gonna be “old”, I remember when companies actually wanted to provide a service to customers, not ye olde take the money and run! 😡
