Help! My ear canal is swollen and I don’t know why!

Hello I’m Ally. white,5’9 and weigh 185Ibs. I’m 26 and live in the Midwest. I’ve had medical issues all my life and as a child it would get overlooked. My medical history is I’ve had a ureter obstruction junction leaving me with an enlarged kidney.I’ve had acl reconstructive surgery. Hyperthyroidism. TMJ. Bad anxiety. Unexplained bumps on palms of hands(in the last 2 months). Splotchy hands. Super dry top of hands. It just flares up and lotion doesn’t always help. My checks are red at times like a butterfly or a mask. I’m also getting sick a lot more. Like super nauseous and dizzy. Like I have narrovirus almost like that feeling. This is all a lot but what’s worrying me most is my newest symptom. Last time this happened was maybe 2 or 3 years ago. But it went away before I saw a doctor. Recently I’ve had Tmj problems. For the last few months of 2025 if I opened my jaw to eat or to yawn my jaw would pop. Then it got to the point to where I couldn’t open my mouth too wide to eat. Fast forward to now and my right side of my jaw still hurts but not as bad but now…my ear canal on the right side is swollen. My inner ear feels swollen and hard. Not painful but uncomfortable. I have a high pain tolerance so not much gets to me. Anyone know what it could be? I’m seeing my doctor in a couple days.
